Introducing Therapeutic Movement: Our Video is Up.

A few months ago, we gathered a bunch of people whom we've had the privilege of working with. Through improvisational movement, we explored how freely moving from within touched and transformed the deepest parts of who we are. By expressing and articulating each of our inner processes, we were able to compile what we personally felt were the gifts of therapeutic movement.

Here is the finished product of our creative and reflective efforts. We hope it offers some perspectives on what Movemental is about, enjoy the video!
