Who We Support

Our services are not just for people seeking therapy or who struggle with mental health. We design programmes to meet people where they are at, taking into account all forms of emotional needs, aspirations and mobility levels.

Individuals

Individuals

People attend individual Dance Movement Therapy for various reasons. Therapy sessions last an hour, and involve a combination of talk and movement. Within a supportive therapeutic relationship, we will work together to address your emotional needs and help you explore new ways of being.
