Delphine
Dance Movement Therapist
As a neonatal nurse, Delphine has cared for newborns and walked alongside families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. These experiences have shaped her belief that healing is rooted not only in medical care, but also in feeling seen, heard, and understood. This understanding led her to complete a Diploma in Dance Movement Therapy through Dance Therapy Training Aotearoa.
Delphine’s experience includes working with older adults and adults with intellectual disabilities. Her work is grounded in the belief that not all experiences can be expressed through words. Movement and creative processes can offer another way to explore, express, and make sense of our inner experiences. Delphine approaches therapy by meeting each person where they are, recognising that every journey is unique, and respecting each person’s pace.
